Most people have found Gateway Mortgage Net Branch to offer a reasonable program when compared
to some of the many affiliate opportunities that exist today. In a direct comparison to our company, though,
you'll find that there are a few important distinctions between the companies. If you'd like more details

PER FILE FEE: Gateway Mortgage Group charges a per file fee that is well above the $495 that we charge. The difference can really add up if you're doing any sort of volume...and if you aren't doing volume then every single dollar counts even more!
STATE LICENSING: Gateway is licensed in almost as many states as we are---so that's a good thing. However, if you investigate the states both companies are licensed in you'll find that our states have better coverage of the more populous 'money states'. In other words, we're more likely to be in the states wherein you actually have deals and can actually make money on each file.
OTHER: American Nationwide offers banking and brokering as does Gateway. Both offer notable marketing assistance. An important distinction would be for those interested in obtaining health insurance, accounting services and participating in a 401K plan. When everything is considered we believe you'll find Gateway to be a solid company...but not quite as attractive as our program.
