Prime Financial Group is a net branch company operating out of Florida. They were founded in 1992
by Valentino Trabucchi.
They charge a per file fee of $299 per loan and do not offer a 'flat fee' option. This per file fee of
$299 actually makes them the only competitor of American Nationwide to offer a lower fee than we do.
In fact, they even offer medical, dental, health, and 401K programs to their branches which are similar
in quality to that of our own. In our opinion this makes a Prime Financial Mortgage Net Branch a viable
option for many brokers; we can understand why many people would consider working with them...
However, they do come with a major limitation: state coverage. They are only in 17 states---most of which
are located in the Midwest and the South. This is in stark contrast to the excellent state coverage available
through American Nationwide. Since they also offer FHA programs you must be a W-2'd employee...so if
you do sign up with them you will not be able to work with any other companies to close deals in states
wherein Prime Financial Group doesn't operate.
